We were ahead for most of the game, playing "the little kids" that also go to Regina. All of a sudden, it was tied. Then they scored. Then we missed. And missed. And missed. We scored 2 points in the 2nd half. We got out hustled. The "little kids" wanted to win more than we did. They dove on the floor. They took the ball from our guys. They intercepted our passes. They worked the floor and set picks for each other. They ran the court.
They beat us 18-14.
Some of our kids were visibly upset because it was a slice of humble pie.
