Copywriter - Creative Services
We are seeking an experienced Copywriter to join our Creative Services team and help shape the voice & personality of our marketing.
You will play a key role in a wide range of sales driven marketing, including emails, branding, social promotions, giveaways, landing pages, display ads, online sales, local events, and other content marketing. You will work alongside a great team of designers and marketers to tell Sweetwater's story in fun & authentic ways, and to constantly increase engagement with our customers.
You must have previous experience writing in a retail or agency setting and have a strong portfolio of results-producing work. We will ask you to submit various styles of writing samples in addition to your portfolio.
Minimum Skills & Requirements:
- Portfolio jammed full of technical writing that doesn't put us to sleep
- An English degree is super-impressive, but not necessary
- Deep understanding of musical instruments and pro-audio gear
- Bandwidth to handle multiple assignments in a high-speed environment
- Keen eye for headlines and calls of action
