I like how the description states "while many of these techniques are not tool-specific" as most of these concepts are ones I wanted to implement at Pearson, where we used Confluence. Now that I'm a lone writer again (and received notice at my weekly staff meeting I am receiving a raise that will be effective on my August 1st paycheck!!!), I'm okay.
