I never feel like it's a curse to look at writing and instantaneously edit the words in my head, which I did when I saw the following on my up / around³ at work this morning.
My revised text is this: True leadership means inspiring others to do & be their best, building them up instead of making them feel small. It's the little things that give me energy.
