I thought
this article was worth mentioning. I don't work with MS Word nearly as much as I used to because we are replacing ancient user guides that were distributed as PDFs (and authored in MS Word) with Confluence. It will be interesting to track the changes (hee hee) over the next few years as existing customers transition from the "Print the Manual" paradigm to the "Read the Manual Online" paradigm.
