Fumbling the Message

To gain perspective and an understanding of my point in this post, understand that the following is the text in an email I received today.

for King & Country

burn the ships tour

We all need a good deal sometimes - and we've got one for you!

When you buy 3 tickets for King & Country at the U.S. Cellular Center on Friday, November 8th, you'll get a 4th ticket free! So text your 3 best friends and plan on making great memories together at the biggest concert of the fall!
Offer ends Thursday, November 7th at 10 p.m.

Now read my revision:

We all need a good deal sometimes - and we've got one for you!

The upcoming for King & Country concert at the U.S. Cellular Center on Friday, November 8th, is fast approaching! Between now and Thursday, November 7th at 10 PM, when you buy 3 tickets, you'll get a 4th ticket free! So text your 3 best friends and plan on making great memories together at the biggest concert of the fall!

I interpreted the original text as "if you buy the 4 tickets on Friday, November 8th, you get the 4th free" and then read that the offer expires on Thursday, November 7th, which would mean you can’t actually get the deal because the deal expired the night before.
