How's this for a sobering statistic? Out of 33602 files in a directory, only 9175 do not have a *(* in the file name, which means means a measly 27.30492232605202 % of the files in that directory are non-duplicates and, conversely, 72.69507767394798 % of the files in that directory are duplicates.
