Hillary Clinton was asked about what would happen if she was indicted for the email scandal. Her reply was, "It's not going to happen." When I heard about that, I though, "Wow, she's confident." Now that I have read this article about what the United States Attorney General has said, that the DOJ is not required to charge Clinton, I now know the reason behind her confident statement.
