Bzfileids File

I bit the bullet and sent the following to BackBlaze yesterday:

I found this article - https://help.backblaze.com/hc/en-us/articles/217666158--Your-bzfileids-dat-file-is-too-large- - and I have followed the instructions. My issue is that I get it every so often. I'm sorry - I should have tracked how frequently and which of my external hard drives were attached when I got the error.
I know I have a lot of external hard drives - 10 are shown in the attachment, but I actually have an additional drive - Y - that isn't shown.
I just got the error on Tuesday and haven't had the time to reinstall. I am going out of town tomorrow so what I want to do is reinstall tonight and restart / continue my backup.
Here's my question. Would I be better off to attach, say, my J & G drive before I leave and let BackBlaze process those two drives while I'm gone.
Then, when I get back, should I unplug J & G BEFORE I plug in the next drives - I'm thinking B & E drive. I let those get backed up, and so on and so forth. Should I unplug the drives I just backed up prior to plugging in the next drives?
As I said, I've gotten this error previously and, each time, I've reinstalled the program. I am getting tired of it - it feels like a hamster wheel - so that's why I'm asking about unplugging drives prior to adding more drives. If BackBlaze is creating a list of all the files on all 10 of the drives, I TOTALLY get why that file would be so huge (if that's what that file is actually trying to do - I don't know).
Thanks for your assistance!

Rather quickly, I received this reply:

Given the number of files selected for backup and the fact that the system is running a 32 bit OS, this issue will almost certainly continue to recur with each new backup. My best recommendation would be to upgrade the system to a 64 bit OS, which would allow for a larger bzfileids.dat file due to the increased memory allocation. Plugging and unplugging drives will not have any effect on this issue.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write back.

I don't like that answer.

I looked at the Toshiba laptop as well as my Windows 10 PC and saw yes, the Windows 10 PC is a 32-bit operating system:

But the real news? The Toshiba laptop, that we've owned forever? That's a 64-bit version of Windows 7!

All this time, I thought the Windows 10 PC was my "power" machine, but it turns out, nope, it's the ancient & slow machine, compared to the Toshiba.

I had also gone out to Craigslist to look at what machines are currently for sale. I found this:
