Not Much of a Music Room

This area is (obviously) dedicated to being able to play music:

1. I would prefer to not have that tight of a corner for carrying equipment down the stairs
2. I would prefer to have a separate room (with a door)
3. I would prefer to not even have a dedicated music area be in the basement
