Work Schedule
Part-time temporary position. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis without a set number of hours to be worked or duration of employment. Must have a flexible schedule as writing projects may be given on short notice with short deadlines.
Experience
Requires very strong technical writing skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience in technical writing required
Strong understanding of cGMPs and FDA regulations
Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, computer skills, command of the English language, and the ability to work with internal and external customers
Responsibilities
Take input from internal and external customers to author and revise GMP documents such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing directions, and packaging procedures
Gather data and generate reports such as trend reports and protocol summary reports
Write change controls and planned deviations
Provide technical and grammatical review of documents
Qualifications
Science degree relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
