No Sense

When counting how many pieces are in a drum set, the cymbals are not included. It's the way it's always been. A five piece drum set means there are five drums; a seven piece drum set means there are seven drums. Cymbals are never included in the number of pieces. It's been this way since at least 1980 when I began playing drums. Yet, there is a music store in Dubuque, Iowa, called "Uncle Ike's Music & Sound" that included this picture in their email:


I like Uncle Ike's Music & Sound. I have spent money there but calling the above an "8-piece electronic drum set" is wrong.
