This is the 1600th post to this blog I posted this on Monday, November 26, 2007, before I took a break until Tuesday, March 18, 2008, which is when I posted this. Today, I announce my goal of reaching 2000 posts by the end of the year. My goal is to post 50 times / month between now and 12/31/2014 so that on 1/1/2015, I am posting my 2001st post. Ambitious goal? I would say so, especially since I've only exceeded 50 posts in a month twice: December 2012 and November 2013. I also think that having a goal like this does not give me a license to simply post one or two line posts. I will adhere to this schedule but not reach it artificially by posting multiple posts in what I would normally include in a single post. I will achieve this goal by posting intelligent, not mind-numbing, ideas. Some of the time. Well, if I feel like it.
