You Do Bad so I can Do Bad

The author of this post says it best when he wrote, "I didn’t realize that this was a game of tit for tat. That if Republicans do something wrong then Democrats should get a free pass when they do something wrong. I didn’t realize this was how politics was supposed to work."

It's not supposed to be like that. I watched some of the Reverend Al Sharpton on MSNBC last night prior to Uncle Rico rehearsal. All he could talk about was how great ObamaCare is and how if Republicans want to repeal the law, it will mean that people that are covered now would not. He cited statistics that "the uninsured" is now the lowest it has ever been in our country and NOT ONCE did he say that Obama went back on his pledge that if you like your policy, you can keep it.

The truth of the matter is that I don't really think about health insurance. Karen covers me and, because she's a nurse, I don't really think much about it. I like it that way.
