This is why I don't like writing exact times within my technical writing output. It's 11:02 AM and the text says the site will be unavailable until 11 AM. Someone missed something somewhere...
Be as specific as necessary and not a morsel beyond.
Editor's Note: It's after 11 AM on Thursday, January 18, 2018, and logging in to the site was successful. Yet, there's a message that says the website is not available.
