I turn 50 in December 2019, but I already believe what he says in the red & green boxes below. I do question what his definition of "clean" is, which is underlined in yellow. To my simple mind, if you are sober, you are not taking drugs and you are not drinking booze. Is that what he means by "clean"? Probably.
