This article breaks down the keys to a successful season. On top of the reasons cited in the article, I think this season has the makings of a breakout year. The first and fourth game of the season are against MSU, first at home on 12/29, second at East Lansing. Team chemistry will be crucial during both of those games. If team chemistry is there, the outcome could be two victories over Tom Izzo and, of course, without team chemistry, the outcome could be two defeats. Worst case scenario is to split the two games with a win at home at Carver-Hawkeye Arena and a loss on the road. Personally, I'm very excited for the season to commence.
