I missed the 36th anniversary of the release of Rush's "Permanent Waves" album. It was released on 1/1/1980. I can't be blamed for missing it, though, because I didn't know about it until I read this article.
I really enjoy listening to the lyrics of "Freewill" from that release. The lyrics "If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice" resonates within me as I try my best to live my life with the idea / purpose of making good choices. It's not always easy and I certainly do not make the best choice every time. I grasp that I am human and I can only do my best.
