Pyramid of Paradiddles!

I saw this on Drumeo.com and it's a really neat exercise. I think what I will try to do is set up a metronome in 3/4 time and to then play the notes as 8th notes with a quarter note rest after the RLRR (or LRLL) at the end of each line.
