Staples Tech Support

Continuing the theme of trying to get the PCs from Elkader working, I talked to South Slope tech support about why the WXP box I have is not able to see my wireless network. He told me the issue is that I need to get a wireless adapter and plug it into my USB drive so that it will see my wireless network. That led me to Wal-Mart.com, bestbuy.com, and then, finally, Staples.com, where I saw a popup window that asked if I wanted to chat. What I wrote below is an accurate description of my situation.
