There's nothing to report about the status of the band Lou's Classic Ride. Two of the four of us are dealing with issues that are larger than playing music so, for that reason, we seem to be taking an impromptu break in the regular rehearsals. In fact, we do not have a scheduled rehearsal and we do not have a timetable for when we would be able to schedule a rehearsal. We are in limbo.
To counterbalance the inactivity of LCR, I played drums at 5:15 Mass on 1/4/14, last night at 5:15 Mass and then again today at 11 AM Mass. It has really, truly, been fun for me to resume the drum throne and to return to playing music with other musicians. It is fun for me to do so.
