Distracting

While the title of the article asks about those who write code each day for their employment, I've always considered myself a pseudo-programmer. Whether it's writing a macro or figuring out what syntax to use in order to make the message clear to the reader, it's a very similar mindset. Thus, that's why I think it's important to confront your most common distractions during the working day in order to learn how to best avoid those distractions.
