More than 600

Sometimes, I think it would be an awesome job to sit and rip CDs all day. I have thought about this many times, usually when I am in the bowels of a CD to MP3 conversion, which I am right now. I thought about that again when I saw http://www.dmp3digital.com/.

Where I'm at with the CD to MP3 conversion that I started on 6/6/2016 is I have finished 11 spindles in 219 days.

If it takes 219 days to rip 1100 spindles, how many days will it take to rip the remaining 3800?

219 x 3800 = 832200, divided by 1100 = 756.5454545454545 so let's say 757. From today, 1/11/2017, 757 days away is Thursday, 2/7/2019. My original goal was to work on this project until Saturday, March 2, 2019. I am okay with the gap between 2/7 & 3/1 because I also have a spindle of 50 "Life CDs" which came from the "Life Tapes" I used to make every so often. Because I hate math, it's easier to say "I have 4900 CDs" instead of "I have 4950 CDs." At least to me, it is simpler.

Anyways, 3800 x $1.09 = $4142. That's quite a bit of money to pay someone to rip CDs! Frankly, considering that the company hasn't updated their blog since 11/21/2013 (3 years, 1 month, 3 weeks or 1147 days), I am a little hesitant to invest in them as a company.
