Every so often, I read a story that goes behind the scenes to reveal the inner workings of professional wrestling. I don't remember when it was revealed to me that the show I watch on Monday nights is a "show" that a creative writer prepares for the WWE wrestlers a script.
What blows my mind is the way a wrestler looks dead straight into the camera and convinces me that his words are not actually a set of lines that are recited. Sure, I don't buy every swamp in Arizona, but other times, I have purchased the swamp and am ecstatic about it.
