“If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation,” Republican nominee Donald Trump threatened in the course of the second presidential debate Sunday night.
“It’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country,” Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton responded.
“Because you’d be in jail,” Mr. Trump shot back.
Looking at the television, Trump was on the left, HRC on the right. When HRC was asked a question by an audience member, she walked over to the left side of the stage. Trump didn't move to the other side of the stage and stood behind her since that's where his little table and chair were located. I said to Karen, "They're going to say he's stalking her."
Sure enough, one of the analysts on the ABC recap show mentioned how Twitter had "blown up" because "Trump was stalking her." Flipping to Fox News, Sean Hannity joked with the Trump campaign manager about how "Trump had invaded her personal space" which led to an awkward exchange about how Hannity was in her personal space. It was supposed to be funny, but it flopped.
