So, in the middle of an important task, the Republican Governor didn't take a phone call from President Trump. Here's the question. If he HAD answered the President's phone call, how on earth could he have a conversation with all of the press watching him? That wouldn't have gone well. Additionally, if he HAD answered the phone call, the press would have accused the Governor of being swayed by President Trump, even if there would be no evidence to support that accusation. On October 26 Nashville's Taco Mouth will be self-releasing their new album, A Deafening Silence. The video for the first single "You Say" was debuted on The Punk Site a couple of weeks ago, and now they've got a new one in the vault for the second single, "Fighting For Today," which uses a mix of humor and pointed lyrics to address our current political hellscape.

I included this video because they are playing a gig on November 10 at Growlers in Memphis, TN. I don't proclaim to know every place that books bands in Memphis, but I've never heard of Growlers so it was interesting to me to look up the venue's website: http://www.901growlers.com, which lists their address as 1911 Poplar Ave, which I am pretty sure I have been on that street in Memphis.

I might not have the strictest logical reasoning skills - I do like Lamb of God but I don't like Cannibal Corpse - but my God, it's nuts to discredit what you said you wanted. Liberals scream On and On and On about how the FBI needs to investigate and THEN, before it starts, discredit what you just said you had to have ...  before you even know what it's going to find. It's ducking hypocrisy to say that the FBI investigation into Russia and the 2016 election is credible - it's by the FBI - but then say that the FBI investigation is not credible. Which is it?

On top of that, when BK's name was announced announced months ago, there were members of the Judicial Committee that declared, "I will fight the nomination." That's before a single question was asked of him. And I am to believe that the investigation by the FBI will matter to those members?

Get ready for Bayside, Metallica, drums, and technical writing to blanket this blog.
