Where to Start?

I took a moment to look at the US Cellular online Help and quickly realized I should not have done so.Why oh why does there need to be a span class tag surrounding a <h6> tag?!? Yuck. The technical writer should have used Dreamweaver or Notepad to code HTML that would be cleaner than this crud. See the location of this help system here.
