I Don't Care But... where are the 4 Seconds Hiding?

This is from my RoboHelp project. It says that RoboHelp "finished compiling Responsive HTML5 output in 698 sec(s)" but ... it's 4 seconds too many. Add line 8 to line 13 to line 17 and you get [118+5+571=694], so where are the additional 4 seconds coming from?

Doesn't make sense to me...
