Content Migration Analyst in US-IA-Des Moines
We are working to build out three teams at one of our largest clients here in Des Moines. These individuals will be working with the Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel, Access, as well as Sharepoint, Robohelp, Oxygen XML editor, and SDL knowledge Center (new tool still in testing phase).
A large portion of the responsibilities will be conducting content migration and support quality assurance & verification activities.
This activity entails identifying, extracting and loading content which consist of retail production policies, procedures and change training from a legacy content environment into the new database.
The individuals will also support content owners and stakeholder verification efforts to ensure that all in-scope content has been migrated correctly and completely.
Teams will review content to ensure that the converted content contains the correct language and looks the way that is expected.
Teams will review imported content to ensure it is in the correct folder structure, has the correct metadata applied and appears in the correct maps and publications.
Required Skills:
- Excel - knowledge
- XML familiarity
- HTML -editing familiarity
- MS Access - A plus
- SQL - A plus
- Working with databases a plus
