And this is what I walked yesterday.
See how I had a staircase that went up? That's what I want to do every day. I walk because I don't eat fruits & veggies. I figure if I balance out my 'eat whatever I want to eat' diet with a 10,000 steps each day average (which means 70,000 for a 7 day week and 310,000 for a 31 day month), I am doing something right.
