I think wearing the same outfit in a retail store is a tradition that should not disappear.
This is the rest of the CBJ article:
Best Buy is the latest retailer to relax its dress code to allow its blue-shirted, black-shoed store employees to wear blue or black jeans and any color of footwear, reports the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. They also no longer have to tuck in their shirts but the company is still holding the line against flip-flops and sandals. In the last 18 months, Target and Walmart, two of the nation's largest employers, have made similar changes amid a tight labor market. A relaxed dress code can be a cost-free perk to attract talent, notes The Business Journals. In the past five years, the percentage of U.S. workplaces allowing casual dress every day went from 32 percent to 50 percent, according to an Indeed study.
