The Manhattan Institute’s Jesse Arm shows how it’s done, when trying to make a point on Abby Phillip’s CNN panel.
As soon as Abby starts interrupting him, he stops for the moment, and then when she stops to take a breath, he continues with his point.
He really did this masterfully to still get his point across without her talking over him.
