Riddle Me This

I run Remove Empty Directories for my RoboHelp disaster recovery project directory and see this:

There are 40 directories that are empty.

I run Remove Empty Directories, which deletes the above 40 directories.

I rerun Remove Empty Directories and see this:

The 40 empty directories have been removed.

I open my RoboHelp project.

I rerun Remove Empty Directories and expect to see that I still have no empty directories. However, what I see is that the 40 directories I deleted before are recreated by RoboHelp:

Someday, I vow to find a way off of this hamster wheel.
