Timely
For me, as I'm working on disaster recovery documentation that spans across the department and several teams, finding the sweet spot for what the audience knows is a challenge. When a team writes their own disaster recovery documentation, is it appropriate to presume that all members of the team know enough about the subject area to use some shortcuts? For example, if there's an abbreviation that a team uses that is specific to that team, does it need to be spelled out the first time it is used? An interesting question I ask myself after reading this article: https://www.inc.com/alison-davis/how-to-help-anyone-understand-how-to-do-anything.html
