This is not about Cordel Pemsl having been picked up for an OWI or about a local sportswriter picking Iowa to finish 10th in the conference. This is about sloppy writing and the lack of a serial comma making me wonder if the final sentence was trying to say "physicality on the block" AND "physicality on rebounding" or if the final sentence was trying to say "physicality on the block" AND "rebounding" - in either interpretation, it's sloppy writing.
