68-year-old engineer spent 50 years at one company—the key to his long tenure

If I can, my plan is to work until Friday, 3-28-2036. I will turn 66 in 12-2035 and then I want to work until the 20th anniversary of my first day. I hope that I have the means to accomplish this goal.
