Additional responsibilities include facilitating effective communication between teams within the IT and Quality departments and the end user departments in a timely manner. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in communications or computer science. Two or more years technical writing related experience, preferably in a health care or service related environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A background or knowledge of medical terminology and or clinical trials is preferred. The successful candidate will have a positive work history, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication capabilities, a strong attention to detail, a proven ability to make sound judgments and decisions and be able to quickly assess problems and provide effective solutions. Must be able to follow direction, assess Company needs, work independently and project a professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment. Computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn Company specific software.
