I received this email today and noticed how the first two sections are centered while the second two sections are not. I chalk this up to not reviewing the email prior to sending it. As a technical writer, I'm constantly trying to make sure I don't have typos or errors in the documentation I create and then distribute. I have this quote taped to the outside of my cubicle at work:
I do my best proofreading after I click Send.
This email is an example of why that saying exists.
