Being "right" can't be cashed or deposited at a bank.
If you don't have a job, you don't have a way to meet your financial responsibilities, including but not limited to paying for mortgages / rents / cell phones / TVs / Christmas presents / food. Yet, the 50ish workers that were fired because they refused to have a flu shot apparently think they can pay for those things because they are "right" about not wanting a flu shot. My opinion? I get a flu shot each year; Karen had an allergic reaction a few years ago and doesn't get one.
