5000 Empty Directories

I use RoboHelp to maintain Disaster Recovery documentation. Routinely, I use Remove Empty Directories* to remove any empty directories in the folder. I just ran Remove Empty Directories and it is telling me that I can remove 5000 empty directories!

* How did I solve the issue with Remove Empty Directories from earlier this week? I didn't. Instead, I unzipped the files to an external hard drive and created a shortcut to it on my Desktop so I now run Remove Empty Directories from an external hard drive instead of my laptop's c: drive. Sigh...
