The news broke the other day that Sony & Disney could not reach a deal on how to make new Spider-Man movies within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) so, naturally, MCU fans are upset and blaming Disney and blaming Sony and spouting theories as to why they could not reach a deal.
