Scary

This line made me shudder, especially the text in italics - Plan sprints and groom stories with product owners, business analyst, keep developers on task - especially when this job title has zero supervisory or managerial duties over the developers. If the job title was "Development Manager" or "IT Manager" then, okay, the job title has the ability to actually keep developers on task. Without that authority? It's scary how this role could possibly keep developers on task without the authority to do so. As a side note, I learned that there is a portfolio management tool called Planisware.
