Make sure to refer to the free transcription in the PDF - it's the only way for me to understand what Steve Smith is playing and, even with the PDF, I am struggling to understand how the 16th note triplets come together.
As an aside, 16th note triplets are my least favorite musical pattern because there are 3 notes between the 1 and the + and my non-math mind doesn't comprehend how to play the figure fluidly. That's my deficit after playing drums for 42+ years.
