After losing the first two games, I found a partner in a guy named Bernie. We played the last three games of the night together and we won all three. I started at table 3, where I lost two games and won one, then moved to table 2, where I won one, then moved to table 1, where I won two. I tied for 3rd and won $15. Bernie and I split the "set" pot and also took $5 each. It cost $10 to get in and I got set 3 times ($1.50) so, in all, I came out ahead.
The retreat this AM was inspiring.
Alex's game was cancelled because of the condition of the field.
